About the project
I’m a Berklee College of Music trained songwriter whose music has been featured in TV shows, commercials, and films. I recently launched a creative experiment to see what would happen if I turned 1,000 real businesses into songs.Each participating business receives a short custom theme song written about their business along with a promotional video built around the song. The business receives the audio and video files along with a commercial-use license so they can share and promote the content anywhere they like.The project is being documented publicly as the songs are created. Each new theme song and video will be shared on my YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages, while the project tracks the journey of turning one thousand businesses into music.The earlier a business joins the project, the cheaper their song will be.
